Meditation & Sound Evenings 

The first Friday of each month Jane & Suzie come together to raise funds for Happy Little Yogi.

HLY raises funds to go into schools and provide taster classes to children who may not normally come across yoga and meditation. More schools are now providing well-being classes for their children and they are drawing on all local resources to help.

The fundraising allows Happy Little Yoga to go in school at this introductory stage and do the classes for free.

The funds also allow free spaces for children in the HLY after school clubs.
