There are Happy Little Yogi after-school classes in Hitchin, Shefford, Stotfold and Arlesey. In addition there is also the very popular‘Day & Summer Camps’ during the school holidays, Sunday family sessions, Pre-Teen Class, and private one to one classes.

SUNDAY Family Yoga: lots of yoga fun, games & meditation for all the family, all ages are welcome 


Sunday morning's at the W.I Hall, High Street, Arlesey, Beds SG15 6SN. ( that's the white building with the black door and white posts next to the school/library and village hall) Time: 10-11am. £5 per person 4 upward & free for under 3's

Day & Summer Camps:

Half term and summer camps in Arlesey. A wonderful mix of yoga, games, arts & crafts, meditation, play, mindfulness and relaxation.

Running daily from 9.30am-4pm, with the option of wrap around care.

Pre-Teen Class:

For those children that would like to take their yoga practice to the next level. A more focussed class, strengthening your child's practise and teaching them beautiful techniques,to create a stress free, mind and body, which will help with everyday life, relationships with others, school pressures and getting to know themselves better.


Every Wednesday; 6.00–6.50pm at Evergreen Wellness Centre, Works Road, in Letchworth, Herts.SG6 1NA.

Investment: £6.70 per class paid termly

Q&A happy little yogi:

How old does my child need to be?

Family Yoga: 18mths plus, babies are more than welcome to come and be in the space.

Holiday Clubs: 4-13 years (* We tend to find 12 is probably the oldest)

After-school Yoga: Dependent on school; normally 4-8 years

Pre-Teen Yoga: 9-14 years


What does my child need for yoga camp?

T-shirt, leggings, water bottle & a packed lunch if they are attending day camp. Everything else is provided from the mats, music, materials to the yoga itself. If they have their own yoga mat they are welcome to bring it along.


What does a Happy Little Yogi club involve?

Each after school class features music, dance, yoga, meditation, play, singing and a talk circle. The Day & Summer camps include the above but also plenty of fun, games, crafts, themed days and special visits from others who provide specialist exciting services such as gong baths, sound healings, drum making, teepee building and so much more.


Can I stay with my child at yoga camp/class?

You are more than welcome to stay, you know your child best and how they will settle.

We have a very few children who do not settle, sometimes the best way is to settle your child into their first activity and then leave.


Are staff CBR/DBR checked?

Yes all are staff are certified.


Are staff first aid trained?

There will always be at least one member of staff on duty that is fully trained.


What does my child need for a holiday club?

A change of clothes, pack lunch, drinks, coat, wellies, sun lotion, hat.


Are you able to take my child with a medical condition?

We can normally accommodate all children, but please do call or email and we can talk through your needs.
